today is my 1st time going to temasek poly. and dat might be my future sku..lols.cos im planning to take apparel designing and merchandising in that sku aft grauduating. ok getting back to going dere for the 1st time, we went dere for full dress rehearsals today. oni get to go home at anrd 8+. very very tired. FRI
today is the actual day of the concert and im super nervous. woke up a bit earlier today. no need to study today! great man! we got ready and left the sku at arnd 9 bahs. aft reaching temasek poly,we run through the concert once(or is it twice) den eat lunch and waited in auditorium 2,thats the holding room.
waiting in auditorium 2 was fun.all the peforming grps waited dere 2gether. and band and CO played songs 2gether,very fun. dats when i felt that actually dere is no necessity for us to treat CO as our enemies. just as wad sir said,we are oni enemies during to SYF,other than dat,band and CO can be frens.
the matinee concert was very short. saw 2e1 dere but oni spotted isaac and hongyu. aft matinee show, we had our dinner and waited at auditorium 2 again for the evening show to start. evening show was more fun and longer than the matinee show, and we had more time to prepare ourselves when the "michael jackson" was performing.
and sth very embarassing happened, i was rushing behind the other band members for the finale den i fell down at the stairs. omg even though akmost everyone was walking up,no one saw,except for SIR!! argh!! very paiseh sia!!
aft the finale dance and aft the the G.O.H had left,all the performers went on stage for a de-brief and dats when i saw hirfie walking down the stairs from the gallery!! dunno when is going to be miss shanaz last day in CCSS. mr desker sang "auld lang syne" and we sand along,kinda touching.
went back to sku and pack up, oni get to leave at arnd 11pm+. btw get back already arnd 11.30pm++ le. :( SAT
today is band investiture,need to report at 9.45am in CCS,but when walking up,i saw some band members at the 3rd storey so i joined dem. but the CCS opened at arnd 10 oni.
the investiture started at arnd 12. wad sir said to us ytd was kinda true. he told us that the results might bo quite shocking to us,the said that our concert master or any other high post could be a sec2.
during the promotion ceremony when sir said " assuming the post of asst flute leader and asst band major, senior corporal ong yu ru" i was so shocked man!! i cant believe it!!when i was walking back to my seat, jasline came up to me and passed me the band room key and said "jiao gei ni le" (i hand u this) with a big smile on her face,i felt so touched.(but dunno izzit play play oni) aft the whole ceremony,i went to jasline and i see her crying,i cried. i really dun bear to see her and crystal leaving the band...
