After so much I did, all I got was a C6. I didn't even get promoted. Feel so unappreciated. Maybe it was because I left for a period of time? Maybe I've not done enough, that's why you felt I have a low commitment level, and little leadership? I don't know, and I guess I don't wanna know either.
