Recently, I've realised that many people tend to prefer their secondary school life than poly life. Personally, I also feel that way. Although we have class tests, common tests, mid year exams, end of year exams and also the one which everyone fears, the O Level exams, secondary school life is way less stressful compared to poly life.
I'm not used to the hectic lifestyle- one assignment after another without any break in between- not even a day.
The lecturers expect so much from us although we're still new. I know this is no longer seconday school whereby you spoon-feed us with information, but ultimately, we ARE freshmen, being in the school for merely 3 weeks, why do you expect so much from us? Perfect work? If we were to be so perfect, then what's the point of studying?
You tell us you have a life, then what about us? Don't we have a life as well?
I know I've disappointed many people with the way I react to certain things, but please give me some time. Some time to get used to not having a life at all.
